Family owned business, been there since the 1920's. After trying to resolve an issue 3 times with corporate because the local chain would not do anything, I gave up and will no longer do business with Pizza Hut. I ordered from Pizza Hut because I was too lazy to order somewhere else and I knew (or at least I thought I knew) what I was going to get. The issues could have been resolved easily. All thy had to do was refund me my money on the last pizza order or give me a credit for what I ordered...but that was not the case and the lack of Pizza Hut Corporate getting involved when the manager became obnoxious was the last staw!
