Happy Anniversary Real Estate Bubble… You B*%CH
Today apparently marks the 5th anniversary of the Real Estate bubble. It was five years ago that the bubble burst causing home prices to spiral downward and continue to decline to this day. Some anniversary! It’s been a difficult five years for the Tampa Bay Real Estate market. As a realtor I began my career immediately following the Real Estate collapse. It was an ugly sight that’s for sure. To this day I still see the effects of the collapse. Foreclosures, short sales, frustrated sellers, confused buyers. It’s a challenging market to say the least. So Happy Anniversary Real Estate bubble. It’s been great, but I think I want a divorce.
